Changes + Transfers

M3S Sports allows you to change your category or transfer your bib.

You will NOT get a refund if the price of the new registration type is less than that of your current registration type. You will be responsible to pay additional fees if the price of the new type, at its current rate, is more than your current registration type.

Change Your Category/Class:

Log into your M3S Sports account Click Here.
Click “Your Events” on the menu and find your registration for the Arnold 5K Pump & Run and Arnold 5K
Click “View Registration.”
In the bottom right corner click “Category Options”, then “Switch Categories”
Choose the desired category that you would like to change to.
You will need to answer all the necessary questions and pay the difference between the two events, if you are upgrading.

Bib Transfers

Participants can transfer their registration to another person for $15. The transfer fee is paid by the new participant at the time of the transfer. Deadline to transfer a bib is March 1, 2026 and the deadline for the new participant to accept the bib is March 3, 2026

Transfer Your Registration:

Log into your M3S Sports account Click Here.
Click “Your Events” on the menu and find your registration for the Arnold 5K Pump & Run and Arnold 5K
Click “View Registration.”
In the bottom right corner click “Category Options”, then “Transfer”
Enter the name and email address of the person you wish to transfer your registration to. An email will be sent with transfer instructions to the new registrant.
There is a $15 transfer fee, you may choose to pay the fee or pass it on to the person accepting the transfer.

Note: We will not refund the registration fee for the original registration. Any compensation for the transferred registration needs to be handled outside of the platform.
