Arnold 5K, Arnold Pump & Run and Arnold Race Day Ruck Schedule

6:15 AM - Race Day Packet Pick Up will be available in the Greater Columbus Convention Center lobby near the High Street/Goodale entrance from 6:15-10:15am on Sunday, March 8.

6:30 AM - Pump & Run weigh-ins and lifting begins in Hall D.

9:00 AM - Pump & Run weight-ins and lifting closes. All Pump & Run competitors must be in line for weight-in and lifting by 9 AM. No exceptions!

10:15 AM - Race Day Pick Up closes. Please note: Any Pump & Run athlete who picks up packet after 9:00 AM will no be allowed to weigh-in or lift.

10:30 AM - 5K for all categories (Arnold Pump & Run, Arnold 5K and Arnold Ruck) begins on North High Street outside Convention Center.
